DRIVING & PARKING

Abide by The Speed Limit
The Villages at Lafayette Park Property Owners Association strives to maintain and improve the overall quality of life for all of our members by promoting safe driving habits throughout our community. Therefore, for the safety of yourself and our residents, please abide by the posted speed limit of 25 mph while driving in the neighborhood.
Parking
According to the parking rules and regulations of the City of Fayetteville, parking is allowed on neighborhood streets, which supersedes POA covenants covering parking. However, we would encourage property owners living along streets with narrow passage ways to be mindful for vehicular traffic passing through. On some occasions, one-way streets have been blocked by parked cars on both sides of the street, prohibiting vehicular traffic. We appreciate your corporation.
